Eligibility The Sharkey's & Dippin' Dots Summer Promo Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, Dippin’ Dots LLC, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor and Administrator Sponsor and Administrator: Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, in partnership with Dippin' Dots, LLC.

Timing The Promotion begins on May 16, 2025 at 12:00 A.M. Central Time ("CT") and ends on September 7, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. CT (the "Promotion Period"). Each participating Sharkey's Cuts for Kids location with a Dippin' Dots freezer and QR code is a separate prize site.

How to Enter To enter, participants must visit a participating Sharkey's Cuts for Kids location, scan the QR code located on the Dippin' Dots freezer, and complete the entry form with all required information during the Promotion Period. Each properly submitted entry will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

No other forms of entry will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to contact entrants via the email provided. Personally-identifying information will only be used in connection with this Promotion and will not be shared or retained beyond what is legally required.

ENTRANTS MAY NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF A MINOR CHILD UNDER 13 YEARS OLD.

Winner Selection On or about September 8-12, 2025, one (1) winner will be randomly selected at each participating Sharkey's Cuts for Kids location that has a Dippin' Dots freezer and QR code signage. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at that specific location.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided in the entry form. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification. If a winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted, or does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes Each selected winner will receive a voucher for one (1) Dippin' Dots home delivery shipment consisting of a 30-pack of product of their choosing, redeemable online. Free standard ground shipping is included. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $155.00 USD per prize. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be allowed.

Total ARV of all prizes depends on the number of participating locations.

Entry Conditions and Release By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and release Sponsor and all associated parties from liability or claims arising from participation in the Promotion or the use/misuse of any prize.

Publicity Except where prohibited, participation and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion for any reason, including fraud or technical failure. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering or violating these rules.

Limitations of Liability Sponsor is not responsible for: technical issues, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in administration. If the Promotion is compromised, Sponsor may cancel or modify the Promotion and select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action.

Disputes Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Sharkey's Cuts for Kids franchise in question is located, and resolved individually, without resort to class action. All disputes must be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
